We had a great experience at Faena Hotel Miami Beach, especially with the management, who were particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our vacation needs were met. The hotel's location also offered convenient access to various restaurants, such as Cafe del Polo, which was only a short 10-minute walk away. We had booked this hotel before and highly recommend it to everyone.

Great experience, loved every second. Beautiful property and common areas. Large suite with nice bathroom. Beach service was efficient. Stunning artwork and impeccable service. Room service was delightful.

One of the things that really impressed me about this hotel is the attention to detail. From the stunning design of the rooms to the impeccable service, it's clear that every aspect has been carefully thought out. The rooms themselves are spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea and even come with a personal Butler. The breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a steaming cup of coffee to start the day off right. The hotel's location in the heart of South Beach on the beach is simply unbeatable, providing easy access to all the attractions and vibrant energy of the area.

All the elements were perfect, leaving no room for improvement.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, and there was even a "house car" service that provided convenient transport to South Point. The location of the hotel in Miami Beach was great, with plenty of options for shopping and dining nearby. The hotel facilities, including the Japanese toilet and beautiful walk-in wardrobe, were top-notch.

The hotel was stunning, with impeccable service and beautiful decor. We were upgraded to a larger room with a partial ocean view. The beach was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The staff, including Junior and Sebastian, were friendly and efficient, providing great recommendations. The room had a wonderful bathroom and luxurious amenities. The on-site restaurant, El Fuego, served delicious food. The hotel also had a relaxing spa and live entertainment.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in Miami Beach and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food at the hotel was also wonderful, and we had a truly relaxing time at the spa. The service was top-notch, and I have to give a special shout-out to Edward at the Concierge Desk. He went above and beyond to solve a small crisis we had with a late delivery, and his promptness and communication were truly impressive. Thanks to him, we were able to recover our package and continue our trip without any further issues. The level of service from Edward and the rest of the staff really set this hotel apart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an incredible experience in Miami Beach.

Guests can easily walk to the beach, which is very close, and enjoy a day of sun and surf. The rooms are well furnished and come with exceptional amenities, including luxurious bathrooms with high-tech controls. The staff offers top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel also boasts a variety of facilities, including a bar and multiple dining options, providing guests with plenty of options for entertainment and dining.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Faena Hotel! The property had a beautiful South American theme, and the pool and beach facilities were top-notch. The service was outstanding, especially from the butlers Sebastian and Roger, who went above and beyond for us. The restaurant staff, notably David, were incredibly helpful and made our dining experiences memorable. We can't wait to go back and even visit their original hotel in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly amazing experience.

The complementary welcome drink and snack were amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the city and had breathtaking views. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax in the sun.

The size of the room was much smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker or fridge. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed more interested in pushing their expensive packages and add-ons rather than providing a comfortable stay. The elevators were slow and unreliable, often leading to long wait times.

Complementary perks made the stay enjoyable, location was convenient to popular attractions and beach. It was a plus to have a restaurant on site for when we didn't want to venture far.

The room was not as clean as we expected, and the staff were not attentive. It seemed like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping guests. The noise level around the pool was also disruptive and made it hard to relax. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend.

Additionally, the porter was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel's key location features, including proximity to restaurants and easy access to the citywide free trolley, were also a plus.

The staff at the beach hut can be hard to understand and not very accommodating.
